Bachelor of Nursing (UPGRADING)

Minimum Entry requirement:

KCSE C (plain) Mean grade, plus a Diploma in Nursing from an Institution recognized by the University Senate.

Or holders of KCE/EACE Division 2 (two) Or K.A C E, with two (2) Principals pass in Biology and Chemistry.

In addition, the applicants must have at least two (2) years working experience after attaining the Diploma in Nursing and must be registered with Nursing Council of Kenya with a current Practice Certificate.

Mode of Study: Part time- Comprise eight (8) semesters spread over two and half (2.5) academic years. Classes run for two (2) days in a week (Wednesdays & Thursdays) at JKUAT main Campus in Juja.

Tuition fees per academic year: Kshs. 320,061/= (Three hundred and twenty thousand and sixty one shillings only).
