BSc. Medical Social Work

Minimum Entry requirement:

a) Direct Entry

K.C.S.E Mean grade C+ (plus) or its equivalent, with at least a C (plain) in the subject clusters indicated below;

Alternative A: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, English or Kiswahili

Alternative B: Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, English or Kiswahili

b) Mature Entry

Candidates with Diploma in Medical Social Workers, Social Work, Community Health and Development, Community Development or Psychology will qualify based on JKUAT credit accumulation and transfer policy.

Course duration: 4 (four) academic years. Tuition fees per academic year: Kshs. 243,762/= (Two hundred forty three thousand, seven hundred and seventy two shillings)
